Start with a conversation, not a proposal
Describe the system, the problem or the idea. Rough is fine. You will hear back from the engineer who would actually do the work.
Tell Experus what you are building or what is hurting. You will get a considered reply from the engineer who would actually do the work, not a sales queue, within one working day. If Experus is not the right fit for your problem, you will be told so plainly, usually with a suggestion of who or what might be.

What happens next:
- Experus reads your message and replies with a few questions.
- A short call to understand the problem and confirm whether Experus is the right fit, including when it is not.
- A written proposal with scope, approach and cost. No obligation.
Something broken in production?
Say so in the first line of your message and it goes to the top of the list. Experus is not a round-the-clock helpdesk, so be honest with yourself about what you need: if you have no monitoring, no backups and no one who knows how the system is deployed, that is exactly the situation DevOps as a Service exists to prevent, and a good reason to talk once the immediate fire is out.
